Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please write to us on email@example.com to request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process the refund, however, once the order has been dispatched from our end we do not guarantee that the cancellation request would be fulfilled.
Product Replacement Policy:
We do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products unless you have received a damaged or a defective item.
Please raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org and sending across relevant images/videos of the damaged product with the original packaging.
We will resolve your issue in the best possible way.
