Sampling Policy

Products purchased as samples may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
For customized samples developed specifically for your organization, sampling charges will apply. If the bulk order is confirmed, a portion of the sampling cost may be adjusted against the final order value.
