No return or exchange unless the product is received damaged.

Please report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

At Scrapshala, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and cost-effective manner using reliable logistics companies such as Bluedart, DTDC, Trackon, Delhivery and shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket and Shipway.

For Prepaid and COD orders, the courier company delivery person will call you for address verification and OTPs. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

After 3-4 attempts of failed delivery, the parcel returns back to our warehouse.

For reattempting the delivery, a new shipping label will be generated and cost of reshipping will be borne by customer.
